It used to be that the iPhoto Events would show up as albums in Picasa. However, after I upgraded to iPhoto 09 it does not do that anymore. The old events still show up as albums but the events created after upgrade only shows the DATE as the album name and not sorted by event.

Why is this? How can I fix it?

I tried re-installing Picasa already.

Apple may have intentionally broken the ability to view iPhoto stuff in Picasa. You might have to wait for a new Picassa release.

It really sucks because I use iPhoto for pretty much everything and then only use Picasa for uploading my iPhoto stuff to Picasa Web Albums. I know this is possible in iPhoto but the uploading works a whole lot better in Picasa.
