I'm getting a 7D in the next several weeks (or months if I'm unlucky) and one thing I wanted to try was to convert 720p60 to 720p30 for slow motion video clips.

I'm told that Final Cut Express won't do it, and I don't have Final Cut Pro. What freeware/shareware/inexpensive apps do this?
