Help with Garageband podcast to iTunes to iPod

I am just testing here....

Created a simple podcast using Garageband. I Export...Podcast to Disk...I select Spoken Word. I double click, get it into iTunes but I can't get it on my iPod. I click on Podcasts but it doesn't appear, other podcasts are there but not mine.

Please Advise.
