app to check wireless networks in 10.6?

i want to check the channels on networks in my building (apartment nyc).
i used to use istumbler, but it does not seem to work in snow L.

i tried: ap grapher, airmoose, kismac, air radar...

any way to do this? any app that does work in 10.6?

hold down option and click your airport menu item. Now mouse over any entry listed there and a pop-up will show you channel, frequency, security, mode (b/g/n etc.), RSSI (signal strength) and BSSID (the MAC address of the WAP).

edit: I've also tried airmoose but it seems to endlessly scan. I'd also be interested in a stand-alone app that would display the above data and maybe more in a neat table-column layout.

also System Profiler will show you all of that listed cleanly without having to view it one by one in the menu item.

Open system profiler and go to Network section > Airport for a list of 'Other Local Wireless Networks.' Kinda neat.
