I'd like to come up with an Automator workflow that will open Safari in 32-bit mode, but have been stumped as to how to do it. I've been trying to record opening the Get Info box for Safari, checking the "Open in 32-bit mode" box, and opening Safari, but this does not seem to work for me.

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

Why so complicated ?

Create a duplicate of Safari, name it "Safari 32bit" and check the checkbox.

Now you put that in you dock and you can open whatever Safari you want.

Thanks -- that did the trick.

Even though my problem is fixed, is there a way to do this via Automator?
