Has anyone tried to install Photoshop CS4 in Snow Leopard? I upgraded to Snow Leopard and then purchased a copy of Photoshop. I have tried since September 3, 2009 to install the app with no success. I have posted numerous requests on Adobe support, tried all their suggestions (twice) and have not been successful. The installation hangs (2.5 hours +) at the message "preparing to install..."

Adobe is not responsive, to phone calls or support questions.

I have a Mac mini, 2gb RAM, at least 26 gb of hard drive space and multiple user accounts to install apps. I am the only user on this Mac so I have administrator rights.

My only desperate thought is to re-install an earlier OS, then install Photoshop then upgrade to Snow Leopard.

Any suggestions?
