Hello all, I am looking for the best and cheapest and easiest to use mp3 editor. We have some recordings that we want to edit out sounds and so forth. Any help would be nice as well as links please.

What are you trying to do ?
What features are needed ?

For bare-bones editing (if you have Snow Leopard), use the Quicktime Player 7 found in /Applications/Utilities/.

It's essentially Quicktime Pro of Leopard.

Audacity is also pretty cool (and free).

No Snow Leopard on my desktop I will check out Audacity
