Since I upgraded to Snow Leopard (or thereabouts), I have had two programs that used to remember my windows position no longer do so.

One of these is iTunes. It remembers that I always have iTunes on my side monitor to my iMac. But when I play a video podcast, it sticks the video on my main computer. I can move it over, remembering to hit the green button before and after I move it. It used to always open on my second monitor.

The other is TextWrangler. When I open a text document, it opens the same size. I then grab the corner (which is sort of hidden behind items in my dock, and hard to grab), and re-size it to get rid of the horizontal bar, and to get it out of the way of the dock. I didn't have to do that last summer and before.

Any ideas what I can do to fix these?
