Pixelmator and little snitch are great apps! I have appzapper and daisydisk from macheist already, and they are great apps also.
iDocuments also looks neat.

My top three choices would be Pixelmator , GraphicConverter , and Little Snitch. All are great programs. GraphicConverter is more powerful than most people realize.
