Hi all,

New to the Mac world and just getting used to it. Trying to figure out how to move the cursor around various places. In my old world if the cursor was on text and you pressed "control" and the right arrow, the cursor would move to the right one word. If you pressed "control" and either "home" or "end" it would move to the beginning or end of the document. So far I can't find any way to do these or a way to set the key short cuts to do it. Any help?

cmd + arrows = beginning of line/end of line
option + arrows = jump by word

Someone on a laptop can chime in with home/end.

Command + up/down arrows is begging and end of text.
