YouTube keeps asking me to upgrade Flash but will display the video ok if I refresh the page. I have downloaded and installed Flash 10 and restarted the machine. No change.

Any ideas?

Install Click2Flash - or FlashBlock, if you use FF.
The low-end Mac Pro is the most overpriced Mac since the IIvx

You can also enroll in the HTML5 beta if you wish (you can leave it at any time via the same URL)

This happened to me as well. I had the latest 10.1 beta of Flash, but not the latest ClickToFlash beta. Hope this is helpful to you.

Same as the above posters - an out of date ClickToFlash was causing me to get that same error message. Updating that made it go away.
