Corrupted Blank iTunes Cover Art

For whatever reason the default blank cover art image used by iTunes has been corrupted making it look like it does in the link below. Any ideas? Can I find this file and reset it somehow? I'd rather not erase the .plist file for iTunes unless it's necessary. Thanks!

Picasa Web Albums - M C - iTunes corrup...
