Anyone know of a good place to get more familiar with filemaker? Tutorials? Books? Classes?
We're going to be moving all of our databases from an old school DOS program called trackmaster plus to filemaker, and I'm in charge of building the database. Aside from just playing with it, does anyone know where I can turn to learn all the ins and outs? I've been able to replicate some of the functionality - heres what I'm looking to do that i haven't fully grasped yet:
-At least two tables, clients and factories (they are already made)
-Flagging system for each record (known as interest codes) to identify the type of record and its territory
-invoicing system for outstanding sales, sales records, monthly reports, yearly reports and commission tracking
