I recently have been using Salling Media Sync and finally thought that it would be fair to actually buy it. Upon buying it I cannot sync things properly and it messes playlists up. Honestly the free version was better because it completely replaced your music whenever you updated. I would really like to return to this! I've e-mailed Salling Software about this problem and have gotten no response (just sent my second e-mail to them today).
In short, can someone help me unregister Salling Media Sync and returning to the free version? I have tried simply deleting and redownloading the program but it still acts as though it is registered; and there are no library files, etc. I can find to simply delete either. Any help would be great.
