get button in iTunes?

It appears that my "get" button has disappeared in the podcast list in the latest iTunes. Is that normal, or is that something broken in my install?

It's not iTunes...all my podcasts show a get button for any episode available for download.

The "get" and "subscribe" buttons appear when I use iTunes on the Mac. But, not when I use iTunes on Windows.
