How To Get Preview To Print Scans Actual Size?

	I just had to scan my CPR card so I could send proof of certification to someone, and it was a royal pain trying to get it to print actual size so I could fax it. Is there a way to get Preview to scale to the printer's resolution instead of making scanned images like double size? P.S. the issue isn't at all to do with faxing-it's about the way Preview (and probably other programs) deals with scanned images.
