I have created an iDVD slide show with music that I want to upload to Facebook, but Facebook doesn't support the .dvdproj format. Is there any way to convert these .dvdproj files to something Facebook supports?

Export the slideshow from iPhoto or iMovie as a movie file (mp4, mov, whatever). Facebook doesn't accept DVDs.

The slideshow was created in iDVD. How do I export it from iPhoto or iMovie?
