Is there anyway to save what podcasts I subscribe to? I work in a computer lab and they get reimaged over the summer. I would like to keep the same podcasts and import them next year.

All podcasts are stored in /Users/<user name>/Music/iTunes/iTunes Music/Podcasts. Just copy the downloaded podcast to wherever you want in the Finder.
