Hi,

how do I get RSS feeds in Outlook 2011?
I have three Microsoft feeds by default but I'd like to add new ones and can't find anywhere to do it.

Are you sure they're RSS feeds? I also have outlook 2011 and it didn't come with any default RSS feeds and the help search shows no entry for RSS.

Maybe that's why they can't be found...I see Outlook 2010 has them. While there are plenty of great (free) RSS readers out there, it'd be nice if this was included within Outlook 2011...oh well.

How can I tell they really are RSS feeds? They are in a folder called "RSS Feeds" and are "Microsoft at Home", "Microsoft at Work" and "MSNBC News". Whatever, I'm not interested in them but to add feeds of my own. Is it at all possible?

Thx but those instructions are for Outlook 2010 for Windows, not 2011 for OS X.

Do you use Outlook 2007 or 2010 at work or home with an Exchange server? Do you use Mac Outlook 2011 at home with the same Exchange account?

edit: I ask because from what I can tell, RSS feeds created with Outlook 2007 or 2010 with an exchange account will show as folders in entourage 2008 and outlook 2011. But the RSS feeds must be managed in 2007 or 2010, not on the Mac side.

Where's the "angry guy waving a fist maniacally in the air at Microsoft" emoticon when you need one? This is like the credentials within Office 2011 need a Windows 7 computer with Office on it to manage...WTF?
