Any technical issues or considerations for end user when buying used retail DVD 3 license edition of Microsoft Office 2011 Home+Student?

I'm selling my retail copy since i'm being forced to use Outlook mac for cross platform compatibility and Exchange support.

Have you read Microsoft's EULA? That's a good starting point and you can't make me read that or any other EULA. I blindly accept it and all others, they could state I must send a box of cash every month and I agree...
