Some of the free synthetic voices you can download for Lion's speech to text are really fine, but they are also really large. Is there a way to delete some of the voices Apple supplies to make room for new downloads?

I'm using Daniel (UK) at the moment to read a long text. I want to be able to pause the reading at times. Can this be done?
