I'm going to do presentation projects for my job, and I want to show several steps about how to use our products. So, I'm planning to show some tutorial video clips in the presentation. But I don't have so much experience about tutorial making, please advise me how to make good tutorials.
Noticed a video on youtube, <blah blah blah linkycakes> I think it's pretty great, and I want to show our products in that way. Any one can tell me how to do that?

I have been using iShowU http://shinywhitebox.com/ishowu-v1/ but I think there are several other screen capture apps on the market, maybe some with more fancy features. You can even do a screen recording with QuickTime Player X actually (File->New Screen Recording).

You could edit the recording with iMovie.
