i have MagicPrefs in my sys prefs. Id like to delete is as I no longer have a magic mouse. the app is on my desktop but I cant delete that as it says I have to quite MagicPrefs first

how might I do that|? the goal is to delete the whole app.

In System Preferences, right-click on Magic Prefs and remove it. Then you should be able to delete everything else related to it, although you might have to log out or restart first.
