It seems that icons that look glossy are pretty common these days (like the one for iChat). I was wondering how is the best way to add the "glossy" 3-D effect in Photoshop? Could someone give me some tips on how to make, let's say, a simple disk, that appears to have some depth and looks like light is reflecting off of it? If someone wanted, perhaps they could even post a PS file that has this?

Any help greatly appreciated.
