im starting up a printing service to go along with my graphic design company and i need some new printers, im in the process of getting a grant so i dont know how much money ill have but this is what i need

I need a color laser that will do 11x17 with good quality it will be used mainly for pictures and flyers

I need a large scale printer 44in for window banners and stuff larger than the 11x17

I design a lot of pluggers and i want to be able to print them, the company i go through usually prints 4x6 4 color on a card stock with UV coating some people have mentioned getting an HP indego are there any other that i should look at

The big HP printers are good (almost photo quality on the ultra expensive rolls of paper), but the built in spool/rip softwhare (Jet direct, or something) is crap. Get a PC built and use it as a print server for it, it will be 100% faster more reliable and less crash prone.
