I am experiencing the strangest thing in Photoshop. When I copy an image, it is 25% of its original size when I paste it. I have a 16X16 images I'm trying to paste into another program to make a favicon file, and when I paste all I get is a 4X4 useless bunch of pixels. I tried pasting into other programs, and it is Photoshop, not the other program. Plus I just did this exact same thing a half hour ago making a favicon for another web site and it worked great. I can't figure it out, its almost like its copying in 300 DPI and pasting in 72 and shrinking it.

UPDATE: Thats exactly what it was, I changed my PSD to 72 DPI and that solved the problem, before I even posted. I figure I'll post anyway incase anyone else has the same problem.
