Printing to Post Script files under Mac OS X?

How can I print files from Adobe InDesign or Illustrator to Post Script files under Mac OS X.
I need to prepare some stuff for filming on Scitex and Linotronic imagesetters.
I know how to do it under OS 9 but have no idea what should I do under Mac OS X.

In Illustrator go to Print -> Output options, click on the box to save to file and change PDF to Postscript
I would assume it's the same for indesign
