Is Photoshop Elements able to open up both Photoshop and PhotoDeluxe files?

Good question. I don't think it's possible cuz Photoshop files store more info and features that Elements don't have.

It can open all files, at least in my experience. If you have a file in question, we could certainly do a test.

It works. I have Photoshop personally, it's just I have a friend who needed something to open it, but she's not that experinced in Photoshop so I suggested Photoshop elements...
