my company's corporate website is due to be redesigned. I just got told that we would be following the principles of usabilty outlined in this book:

http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/AS...599225-0057717

Now, the reviews are less than stellar, but is it from designers disliking Nielsen, or the book? Does this book merely state that the web should be cookie-cutter design, or are there ways to be creative and easily navigated as well?
