Anyone know any good OS X-compatible programs for simple greeting cards and signs? Something my 10 year old sister can use to make cover pages for projects is what I am looking for.

She could probably get away with Apple Works. have not used it myself but my wife does all her invoicing with it. She prefers it to Quark, but then she's not a pro user. It sounds like your ten year old sister isn't a pro user either. Maybe she'll like it too.
