Idea taken from here although we're making some changes.

Here's the breakdown. I'll post a photoshop document (compressed for your convenience). Then someone will lay claim to the next layer on it. This person takes the document, adds their own layer to the image, and posts the image and PSD on here. Then the next person reserves their spot, and so on and so forth. This is different from the "normal" ps tennis because it involves more than just two people. If two people want to do it in the future and have me provide play by play commentary, I'd be happy to do that as well.

OK. So here is the original file: 720K file. This is basically a bunch of filters and effects and crap that I found on my hd. Just something quick to work with. We can do photographs or original works of art or whatever in the future.

Looks like this mess:

I'm hoping mine works. Its big. Sorry. As this goes on, people are going to want to flatten. I suggest that the top layer be whole, and the layers below be flattened together to ensure that each person is doing just one layer.

I think PSD's make this game far too easy, but if you insist, I'll put it up when I get home in t minus 4 hours 10 minutes.

ok I've slimmed down the pshop file as much as I can, but I just don't have the hosting space for it right now. if you want feel free to email me, if not, deal with it.
