This is the error I get when I copy a vector image in AI (10.0.0) and open up PS (7.0.1). When PS is in the front with the clipboard, it says that this edition of PS cannot recognize the clipboard (cannot import the clipboard). Huh? I thought Adobe integrated their products?! When I check the clipboard in Finder, there it is, wtf? I tried upgrading to 10.0.3, and the updater ran well; but when I open up AI, it still says it's 10.0. The PDf -37 error has occurred only recently, so what's going on? Thanks.

create a new file and try it again. that way we'll know if the original file is corrupt. then post back here. good luck.

Okay, I trashed the prefs; that seemed to do it, but I still can't update to 10.0.3! The updater runs perfectly fine: Installation complete, please click continue to further...etc.... However, when I launch the program, it still says 10.0, even though the readme says it should say otherwise.

I think a problem is that it updates the the "MacOSClassic" folder within the contents of AI (from the update screen). Is there anyway to correct this? Thanks

Illustrator 10 updates have all been pretty flaky for me, I found a cludge once where you change the creation date on some files that works right, I just don't remember how it works, try a search for it.
