Was wondering if anyone has any techniques for getting a polaroid transfer like effect in PS without special filters....unless they're free :-)

do you mean the edges of the polaroid transfer? all the other hallmarks of them can be achieved through the stock photoshop filters / effects.

i've had luck scanning in an actual polaroid bleed and using it to add the effect to another photo. it's mighty easy and works well.
