i must say that with each passing press release wrt quark v.6 i lose a little interest in buying it. wtf is up with the print / web hybrid bull$hit? as a pro user i want some new fookin functionality for me in print, to hell with the web business, i already have my web tools.
to anyone from quark smart enough to peruse this forum (yes, both of you) FOOK THE WEB BUSINESS. your only hope is print. print folk do not want / need quark to cross over. we want you to focus on what we've been telling you for the past ten fookin years:
- multiple undos (runor has it you'll be doing this - FINALLY)
- clean representation of images, especially eps files, onscreen
- good customer support, hell, we'd settle for any customer support
i'll stop there because i know ya' ll are slow learners.
now get back to work and build a better app.

YES PLEASE!!!! Listen to art director. If I want web content i will use my web authoring tools.
If i want to get screwed up the ass I will use quark. End of Story.
God I wish everyone would start using inDesign just so we could have some options.

we bought quark5...
got to send a "FAX" (!?!) to the reseller, who will transmit it (fax?) to Quark, and then when it is lost and found again, they will send us a serial number to be able to install the app!!!
I am freelancin in a Co. where they just got a mac and the all stuff and they are already one moth behind in workflow!
They simply cant afford to wait solong!
For a SN? "mais ou va t on?"
I started to do their job with ID, and look at Quark dying, with no tears...
