Does anyone know if GAGs Pricing & Ethical Guidelines comes in a digital form ... it's a pretty hefty book to drag around sometimes and would be nice to have handy on my laptop when I'm out of town.

Ha ha. It's my guess that they do their best NOT to let it digitally circulate since it would be simple to get around the hefty 34.95 price tag that way.
