we-ell, all I've got is Illustrator 10... and I was just handed some Freehand 3 documents (book covers) that I must convert to something I can use. Illustrator will only convert 4 and above (but not 6, for whatever reason...). Also I see from digging around on google that recent Freehand won't even open Freehand 3 documents...only Freehand 8 and below will! Arrrrrrrrgh...

Umm...so... anyone want to help me out? ^_^;; If anyone knows of a way I can get these converted... or knows someone who could do it for me... I'd be forever grateful...

if i were in your shoes i would try to buy an older copy of freehand off ebay / half.com. should cost you much.

I have FH 7 and 8 installed..
if you want, stuff them and email them to me..I can convert them over..
