Hi,
If, like me, you use photodiscs for work occasionally, I have a question for you: What software do you browse through thenm with in os x? on the disks it supplies either Lightbox, or some other app- but these are flawed, and for starters they arent osx compatible- I have disks running back for the last 5 or 6 years. Ideally i would like a app that show thumbnals and fullsize in the same main window (list of thumbs, with a big image next to it) and it should not make a database of the thumbnails on the hd- it would take up too much space.
So far I have tried the finder in column view- If the discs are old, the preview is a tiny low res icon, so is no good;
The file browser in Photoshop is slow, so would prefer not to use that;
I have tried a few apps on versiontracker, and they are lacking in one way or another (making a database, no thumbnail view)
So... what do you use?
thanks for the help,
Chris
