Hey guys...

I know I am not using the best program for this application, (Fireworks MX), but since my background is in web and video it has become my favorite over the years. Anyway, now im working on some print-media projects and our printing company needs everything in CMYK color. I can format the final document to be read in CMYK, but can find no viable solution for a CMYK pallete while working in Fireworks... There is a CMY pallet, but rather than allowing me to enter percentages for C,M,Y, and Black, it only has a 0-255 scale for C M and Y... Which is a problem! Anyone know what I can do? I am trying to match company colors in CMYK, based on percentages given to me.

Thanks everyone!

Use Freehand MX.
Or get Photoshop.

Export from Fireworks to Freehand then
output form Freehand, it can handle the
seperations for prepress.
