Does anyone know how to make blinkies? Blinkies are like little gifs that move or "blink" (look it up on google and you'll see what I'm talking about, they're cool). I found a couple sites that said people have made them using paint shop pro and/or jasc. But those 2 programs are only available for pcs. I need help finding mac compatible programs that are equivalent to paint shop pro and jasc.... please help

You can use Photoshop or ImageReady (a program included with Photoshop) for sure.

Here's some links for freeware that can do the animated GIF portion you need. Then you could use the GIMP to do the actual graphic creation.

The following links are the OSX possibilities. For OS9 go to www.versiontracker.com and search for something similar.

GifBuilder Carbon

GIMP (photoshop alternative requires X11 from Apple)

Apple X11

GraphicConverter (great shareware app)
