Hello,

I know my subject is a little vague, but I wasn't sure where to post this. My mothers' friend desgins needlework patterns on her Mac (which I just got her to convert BACK to from PC), now she's having trouble, and since she doesn't live nearby, maybe you folks can help. She's having trouble , this is the message she gave me:

I have an Epson Select 1260 scanner.
First I had to download a Twain driver and an epson scan utility and install as well as the scanner CD. That all works great. I copied a painting 3 times and now it says there is not enough memory.
It goes into Documents in the OS X.2.3
All I can find is a not helpful blip:
"When you see a short of memory error-
Please increase the memory setting for SMART PANEL + Support Application"
( Twain - change preferred size in its"Get info window')
Or "change ASS controls Preferred - go larger in the "Smart Panel folder"
can't find any of these!?? I'VE Gone thru the apple site and the epson site and I can't find anything.
help!!

She may be paraphrasing the message, but this is what I have to work with. Any help would be greatly appreciated. She's got a G4 1.25ghz running 10.2.3 ( I think), thank you all in advance.
