Hey guys.

I took this picture of the out doors and I wanna Photoshop it and make it look like it's raining. I looked through the filters and couldn't find anything that would do it. A very skilled PS person might use a customized brush, but I can't do it that way.

Any tips? Thanks in advance.

To make it look like it is raining? I always thought there would be some filter you could download.

Down and dirty: Create a white-filled layer the same size as your image. Add Noise filter at 50% monochromatic. Angled Strokes filter - you choose settings. Save for web making the white areas transparent - leaving the "rain". Paste this over your original and adjust opacity to suit.
