On OS9, PDFing from Quark, what are my options?

List so far:
1: Export to PDF (Distiller)
2: Save Page as eps (then drag to Distiller)
3: Print PS file (then drag to Distiller)
4: Select Acrobat PDF-Writer in Chooser (Print PDF)
5: ???
