Upgraded, and having printing problems in Photoshop.

	I have just upgraded machines, from OS 9.2 (Pismo 500), to os X.3.(12 inch G4 iBook), When I print files with the new machine, I don't get the color saturation that was there in the old machine. The printer set up dialog box is gone, I used to set the settings according to the idiot sheet that is supplied with the paper. I'm using Photoshop 7, and an Epson Stylus Color 740i. Thanks in advance.
