What the font!?

This is irking the bejeebus outta me!
Does anyone know what font this is? The kicker is the "&" symbol--everything I've guessed is wrong (Eras, Kabel) and I've searched on Whatthefont.com. I know it's something I have, I just can't remember!
Don't mind the line--it's a scan of a fax.

Don't know, I'm not too fond of it myself - that lowercase a is kinda droopy.

You're sure to get an answer if you ask the experts over at the Typophile Type ID Board.
