Working on mac os 9 with inDesign 2.02. I've done a client multipage layout. Using the InDesign EXPORT to PDF command, it makes the multipage pdf.

Problem: When the client prints out the pdf they say that the bottom half inch is cut off along with some space at the top. They are printing off of a PC to an inkjet.

My thoughts...
1-They aren't clicking the fit page to print option in Adobe Reader.
2-They aren't using Adobe Reader 5.
3-I don't have a PS printer, only an inkjet, therefor my borders default to the inkjet sizes. (But I can set this independently of the printers capabilities right?)
4-I have Distiller 5, maybe I should be trying to use that?

Any help or questions?

Is there a bleed?
I think #3 could be the answer to you.
but anyway, try to use "fit in the page" option and it should be ok.

Not a bleed, but graphics are to the edge of the paper. This isn't going to be printed on press. They are printing it out on a color laser inhouse.

They said that they clicked the fit in the page option and it still gave them the wierd cut offs...

Anything else?
