I understand there's a number of factors to be taken into regard (like color profiles, for instance), but is there anyway to convert the Pantone color codes to hex color codes (like #E6B34D) for applications like Photoshop?
I don't know if it's any help, but I have a conversion chart for Pantone to ink color formulas for printing. There are three columns with headings as follows: PANTONE Color, PANTONE Process Color, PANTONE Hexachrome Color. The entries look like this:
PANTON 1365 | C-0 M-29 Y-72 K-0 | K-0 C-0 G-0 M-0 Y-41 O-33
