I've seen a lot of web portfolio critiques in this thread, but not many great sites. Can we complile a list of our favorite portfolio sites?

i personally avoid them. i prefer to see the work in printed form. no jpegs will ever compete with the printed page.

that said, these sites are great for juniors breaking into the biz.
