I do not have a print background but the new job is looking for Quark experience. I want to buy the visual guide as that is typically how I learn - visually. But, I heard an old co-worker mention the Bible and this Real World guide look good.
Keep in mind, I also need to brush up on pre-press concepts. I did buy a book called "
Print Publishing" by Donnie O'Quinn.
But, could you help me find the right Quark book? Even if it isn't listed below?
