If you have GraphicConverter and you paid for it, you can batch process pretty easily... And it's fairly logical, so you can easily figure it out... (I don't have the program anymore... or I'd tell you exactly how...)
OR you can use Photoshop and record a script abd then process all the files automatically one by one...
(Someone wants to pay you to do this???)

well not exactly, she was the one who told me how much i was going to make... I made it perfectly clear that all i am doing is the same thing over and over and over and over... she does not care, I end up saving her money in the long run... plus I get to pay for things for my real hobby =) 4 wheeling! my mac is kinda in the back of my mind, thus the reason why i never visit here anymore
P.D.

dude unless you have like 10,000 files that crap'll take you about ten minutes. record a photoshop action to process them, make a droplet, drop all the files on it, then go make a sandwich. It'll be done by the time you get back.
