I'm a student in Graphic Design and I was wondering if 32MB of video ram is enough for the next year or so, because I have a 12" PB and the new ones released today have twice the GPU and more proc. speed not to mention more HD. Will my computer be ok for Adobe CS and later Adobe software or should I take my medicine and get a new PB?

32MB should be fine. Especially for school work, where you aren't usually dealing with uber high res images and the like. I actually worked for over 3 years professionally (for a very large company) on a Powermac G4/450 with 16MB video card. It was rough, but I got the job done. They finally upgraded me to a Dual 1GHz with 64MB video card. I'm still behind the curve, but it's much nicer.
I would say unless you are doing lots of 3D work, you should be good to go with what you got.

yes its fine, you won't really notice a difference unless your driving a few huge monitors off of it, or playing quake, if its the latter, you should be working anyway.

Thanks for the responses guys. I was really itching to upgrade to the new 12" but I guess I could wait for more of an update later on. Maybe save up some cash for a 15" with 128MB vram, then I could Halo in one window and still be able to finish up a project on the other .
